چکیده

One of the most important problems during implementation any technology is to reduce labor costs, energy, and resource conservation while increasing yield cultivated crops and, as a result, reducing cost production. Despite significant amount scientific research devoted problem energy in cultivation harvesting agricultural development mechanization tools that ensure high-quality performance technological operations, there remain issues have not been fully resolved date. In addition, all results known theoretical experimental studies can be directly applied intensify process root since quality indicators marketable products depend on type parameters separating working bodies. This article presents design rod elevator with an adjustable angle inclination web, which reduces damage commercial bulbs maximum completeness separation. A laboratory facility has developed substantiate system web angle. Based studies, machine for onions blade developed, provides increase onion at optimal values parameters: (1) translational speed movement 1.7 m/s 98.4% separation 1.7% bulbs; (2) 1.0 98.5% 1.1% (3) digging depth plowshare equal 0.02 m, heap more than 98% product less 1.4%. The its interaction are presented. Basic studied substantiated, namely, distance S1 actuators, a1 longitudinal surface relative horizon, differential equations motion onion-sowing pile element web.

Lutetium-177 DOTATATE Production with an Automated Radiopharmaceutical Synthesis System

Objective(s): Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) with yttrium-90 (90Y) and lutetium-177 (177Lu)-labelled SST analogues are now therapy option for patients who have failed to respond to conventional medical therapy. In-house production with automated PRRT synthesis systems have clear advantages over manual methods resulting in increasing use in hospital-based radiopharmacies. We report...

Vision-based perception for an automated harvester

This paper describes a vision-based perception system which has been used to guide an automated harvester cutting fields of alfalfa hay. The system tracks the boundary between cut and uncut crop; indicates when the end of a crop row has been reached; and identifies obstacles in the harvester's path. The system adapts to local variations in lighting and crop conditions, and explicitly models and...

Development of an automated system for pyruvic acid analysis in onion breeding

An automated system for pyruvic acid analysis was developed in order to screen a large number of onion bulbs in our breeding program. The system includes two high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) pumps, an autosampler, a column heater, a spectrophotometric detector, and an integrator. With this new method, human error can be eliminated with great repeatability (CV ˆ 0.9%), and we can ru...
